The Brahmavihāra Path
An eight-week embodied mindfulness course exploring the four divine qualities of the heart through practice, reflection, and presence.
In this in-person or online mindfulness course, participants journey through the Brahmavihārās—four boundless qualities that awaken our hearts, deepen our mindfulness, and connect us with others in meaningful and compassionate ways. Through guided meditation, group reflection, creative exploration, and embodied practices, participants will learn about these heart practices—and begin to live them.
