The spaces where we gather to harness our energy. Our two mindfulness rooms are sacred vessels for healing, designed to support your practice, your breath, and your return to self. Whether in quiet solitude or collective stillness, these spaces are here to hold you.

The Light Room
Dedicated to Rhonda Magee
A sanctuary for stillness and inner reflection
Bathed in natural light and grounded by warm hardwood floors, this intimate space welcomes you into a quiet embrace. Up to 15 guests can sit in our primary meditation sanctuary, practicing breathwork and/or simply being.This room is deeply inspired by the spirit of Zen Buddhism as well as the teachings of Rhonda Magee, whose work on soulfulness and mindful justice invites us to bring presence, compassion, and truth into our healing.

The Living Room
A flexible, nurturing space for intentional work, mindful movement, and community connection
Functional yet serene, The Living Room features carpeted flooring, adaptable furnishings, and a calming ambiance that supports both stillness and flow. Serving as a members’ lounge, co-working space, and studio for yoga, somatic practices, sound baths, workshops, and gatherings, this multipurpose space is designed to hold presence, ease, and belonging—inviting you to breathe deeply, move freely, work at your own pace, and be in community.
